  • The item must not be damaged
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping cost

Guarantee terms

2-year guarantee for defects under normal intended use.

  • If the product becomes defective under normal intended use, we will replace it with a new, fully functional one
  • We will need the defective one back for analysis
  • This does not cover damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, misuse, modification, or other external causes
